Do you feel pressure to Know All the Answers? πŸ€“ To have solutions for every problem. Like you SHOULD know what to do in every situation. πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Like everyone & everything will fall apart if you don’t!?! πŸ™„

Yep, that’s impossible. Humanly impossible. Even the experts, they don’t know the answer in EVERY scenerio! 🌟

But as moms, we get anxious, feel panic, begin to worry, if we have an unsolved problem or others are in discomfort. 😳 We have locked on to the belief that if we predict, worry and conquer EVERY situation – we will not feel discomfort! Nope!! We will all have times of discomfort. We cannot prevent or worry that away! πŸ€”

Today, as I dropped off the kids for their first time at the learning center in 8 months…I saw their discomfort, I didn’t know how it was going to be or if they had everything they needed. πŸ€ͺ I could reassure them that they had each other and to do the best they could! ❀️

So, today, you get a break! Don’t have all the answers!! ✨ Let the answers reveal themselves. ✨ Let situations unfold the way that they do. ✨ Let others grow more fortitude and endurance by getting through discomfort. πŸ’ͺ

I am grateful for…

I love saying this daily, as a family! πŸ’— In the big picture, these are so key. There are so many little moments to appreciate every day too. πŸ€— Yet, in the stress of life, we can get distracted. πŸ€ͺ Or, we focus on “I’ll be happy when…” – waiting for future changes in order to feel positive again.

🌺 Health – yes, I am grateful for our health in 2020! πŸ‘ Some days, this is simply about being grateful that we all slept well! Right now, with cancer in the family, I am grateful for each day.

🌺 Wealth – as a Therapist and my husband is a Police Officer, we have kept our jobs in 2020, so I am grateful for our ability to work and serve others!

🌺 Each other – definitely, I could not get through it all without my husband, my parents, my siblings, my best friend, & all my friendships!!

We often overlook the smallest of moments and forget to pause and appreciate. As moms, we can focus on waiting for a big change or big help. ⛰️

I was listening to Jack Canfield and loved his simple but true message. As you focus your thoughts on the positives of the day, you will then find more good. He tells 5 people he appreciates them a day! πŸ™Œ
