Happy Friday Moms! I hope you had a good week! I was busy but I feel like I’m getting into a good routine since the holidays.
One of my favorite self-care tools is journaling. It gives you a chance to reflect and check-in with yourself. A great time to start a journal is in pregnancy. It’s a time of such introspection and clarity about what is important to you. If you struggle with anxiety, journaling helps you to write it down, step back and look more objectively at what is happening. Whether you are intimately writing to yourself or one day plan to share it with baby, it’s fun to capture where you are now and what you imagine when the little one arrives!
